Be sure when you purchased your Minecraft server you selected the Modded Minecraft packages, and not the Vanilla Packages. If you accidentally purchased a Vanilla Pack but meant to get a Modded Pack please reach out on Discord or make a ticket.
With the Mod-Pack Installer (easiest):
1. First, go to your "Dashboard", then select "Log into Panel
2. Next select "More" then select "Modpacks"
3. Select the provider you'd like to use. (Most likely CurseForge)
4. Now select the Modpack you'd like to install. Unless you have a world folder you'd like to save (Steps on how to do that here : WIP ), I'd recommend turning on "Delete Files"
Once payment is completed, the amount you have selected will be credited to your account balance, enabling you to renew your services or place new orders.
