Refund Policy & Terms of Service

ServerScape, a service provided by Reboot-Repair LLC, is committed to providing a satisfactory experience for our users. As a part of this commitment, we offer a 2-week (14 days) refund policy on all our game hosting services.

Refund Policy:

• Customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of their initial purchase.
• Refund requests must be made through our official support channels.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.

Terms of Service:

• By using ServerScape services, you agree to abide by all terms outlined in this document.
• Reboot-Repair LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time.
• Any abuse or misuse of our services will result in immediate termination without refund.

Data Privacy:

• ServerScape values your privacy. Any data collected from users will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
• We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
• Your data will not be used for any purpose other than those necessary to fulfill our service obligations.

Service Availability:

• ServerScape strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary downtime.
• Reboot-Repair LLC is not liable for any data loss, disruption, or damages that may occur due to service outages.

Backups:

• ServerScape includes backups with all services, but it is the client’s responsibility to utilize them.

Limitation of Liability:

• Reboot-Repair LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services.

User Conduct:

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using ServerScape services.
• Any illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or harassment, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Intellectual Property:

• All content, including but not limited to software, logos, and designs, provided by ServerScape is the property of Reboot-Repair LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any part of the service without explicit permission from Reboot-Repair LLC.

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
